Our spiritual health is just as, if not more, important than our physical and emotional health. Finding a balance in all three areas assists with running the race that God has for us, with the stamina to see it through, to the very end. We see discipleship playing a big part in one’s spiritual health, along with equipping saints to hear from the Holy Spirit themselves.
