Divorce Recovery Course - Feb 2024

This is a journey of emotional and spiritual restoration after divorce and dealing with loss.  Life after divorce is much harder than expected, it is a time of grieving and dealing with loss.  After divorce, you need to focus on the phases you go through, on a journey to heal a broken heart.  This is a journey where everyone learns that Jesus has come to heal their broken hearts and set them free.

What is the purpose?   To help participants not to make any radical decisions after divorce and not to consider relationships soon after divorce.  Although a hard journey, everyone learns more about themselves during this time.

How is it presented?  A series of 8 sessions that runs over four weeks, once a week, for 2 hours.  It is not a counselling or support group but rather a facilitation of healing, recovery and regrouping.

Each person who attends divorce recovery, needs to have a buddy that commits to attend the full and complete course with them.  This buddy will process with them, pray with them and walk a close road of discipleship with them.
